mkista.com is the website of Mkista, a Melbourne-based web design and SEO practice run by Mayuresh Pande. The content on this site — articles, guides, case numbers, service descriptions — is general information, not advice tailored to your business. We keep it accurate and honest, but you should confirm anything critical before acting on it.
Engaging our services
- Every engagement starts with a written scope. Deliverables, timeline and a fixed price are agreed in writing after a free strategy call. The written scope — not this page, and not anything said on a call — defines what's included in a project.
- No lock-in retainers. Ongoing work (such as monthly SEO) continues only while both sides want it to.
- Payment terms are stated on each invoice or written scope.
What we don't promise
Nobody can guarantee a specific Google ranking — Google itself says so. We show our work through Google Search Console data and honest reporting, and our case results are real, but past results for one business are not a promise of identical results for another.
Intellectual property
- Content on mkista.com (text, design, graphics) belongs to Mkista. Don't republish it as your own.
- For client projects: on full payment, you own your website, its content and its domain. We may reference completed work in our portfolio unless you ask us not to.
- Anything you supply for a project (logos, photos, copy) stays yours — you confirm you have the right to use it.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Mkista is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of this website or from third-party platforms (hosting providers, Google, Meta, Wix, Shopify and similar) that sit outside our control. Nothing on this page excludes rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law.
